Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. We will send you a notification when your order has been shipped, including tracking details.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For orders below $80
Standard Shipping Rate - $10

For orders above $80
Standard Shipping Rate - FREE

Express Shipping Rate for all orders - $12

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Standard Shipping - $25 flat rate to all countries 

Deliveries to countries outside Australia may incur customs or import taxes, handling fees or other fees out of our control.
DreamLash is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@dreamlash.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
